The journey begins by carefully selecting fully ripe fruits sourced directly from farmers, which are quickly transported to the fruit processing plant. Here, they undergo rigorous inspection, grading and sorting, washing, deseeding, and pulping. Its thermally processed and aseptically filled by the HTST process in pre-sterilized bags which are hermetically sealed, processed and cooled.
